All sales are final, except, of course, we will happily replace any orders damaged in shipping
— simply send back damaged copy for a prompt replacement.

Note: The quantity will say "1" on the order form (since you are making 1 bulk order),
but you will receive the number of books for which you have been quoted.

When you click on the appropriate "Pay: Quote" button to the right, you will be stepped through a number of payment pages.

In the first page enter the payment amount of your pre-arranged quote as plain numbers with no currency symbol (e.g. 1185.49) and then click on the blue "Continue" link (see screenshot to left) to move to the next page where you can enter your payment and shipping details.

NOTE: if you want to pay with a major credit card rather than PayPal, you may need to click the "Don't have a PayPal account?" or the "Check out as Guest" link on that second payment page to be able to enter your card details.
 
In the Note section (in the final payment page) enter the number of copies you are ordering and/or any special delivery instructions. Please include your phone number in case it is needed for delivery purposes.
